Closing dates
Lazo Cultural is published every Friday. Space reservation
and deadline for all advertising is Tuesdays by 3:00 PM
prior to publication date.
Billing and discounts
Space and production charges are
invoiced on a weekly basis preceding publication date. Tear
sheets are provided upon request. Payment is due upon
arrival of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
Contracts earning frequency
discounts must be completed within one year of the first
insertion.
Advertisers that fail to fulfill
contracts as specified will be short-rated and invoiced for
the difference due. No cash rebates are given. Political
advertising must be paid in advance. A $50 cancellation fee
will be assessed for ads canceled after the space
reservation deadline.
Advertising Acceptance
Lazo
Cultural reserves the right to reject advertising based on
copy or artwork.
The agency or advertiser agree to
indemnify Lazo Cultural, and its officers, employees and
agents against all loss, liability, damage and expense of
whatever nature arising out of the copying, printing, or
publishing of its advertisement, including without
limitation reasonable attorney’s fees resulting from claims
or suits or libel, violation of rights or privacy,
plagiarism, and copyright and trademark infringement.
Layout and Design
Lazo Cultural provides free design for your first paid
advertising. Production charges apply for modifications to
your ad. Advertising designed and produced by Lazo Cultural
is intented solely for the use in Lazo Cultural, unless
prior arrangements have been made.
Ad Proofs
It is the advertiser’s
responsibility to review ad proofs for accuracy and to call
immediately with corrections. Lazo Cultural is not
responsible for errors not caught by the advertiser.
